May 2008- Made decision to adopt and contacted our agency
June 3- Met with agency to go over initial paperwork. Paper chase begins!
July 12- INS Fingerprint Appointments
July 16- Psychological Exams
July 22- Lisa's Dr. appt
July 28-Daryle's Dr. appt
Aug 15- Home Study
Aug 29- Paperwork submitted to the state
Sept 11- Received a refferal
Oct. 1- Turned down referral for medical reasons
Oct 13- Got approval for the state of Arizona!!
Nov 7- Received I-171H approval
Dec. 12 -Dossier in Moscow
Jan 21, 2009- Received referral!!!
Feb. 12- Got our travel dates for trip #1. We leave March 21!
Feb. 27-March 1- Pre-adoptive parent training
March 6- Lost our referral
March 7- Travel Meeting w/agency: decide to travel blind to Moscow
March 21-28- Trip #1 to Moscow City
March 24- We met Connor!!
April 24- Fingerprints for FBI redone
April 27- Mailed 4 updated documents to our agency
May 12- Sent off updated medicals, fingerprints, and USCIS approval to agency
May 13- All updated documents on the way to Moscow!
May 14- Got our court date for May 27!!
May 23-May 28 Trip #2
May 27- Court!!
June 15- Connor's First Birthday and joins his ''Forever Family"
June 13-20 Third and final trip!
June 20, 2009- Home forever!!
